Terms of Use

By accessing or using Gigspayr ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

Gigspayr is an online marketplace that connects freelancers ("Sellers") with buyers ("Buyers"). The Platform enables Sellers to advertise services ("Gigs") and Buyers to post job requirements ("Jobs"). Gigspayr facilitates transactions between parties but is not a party to any agreement between Buyers and Sellers.

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the Platform's payment system
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post or transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or store personal data of other users without their consent
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform's operation

Gigspayr uses an escrow-based payment system. When a Buyer places an order, funds are held in escrow until the work is completed and approved.

Gigspayr charges a platform fee of 10% on all completed transactions. This fee is deducted from the Seller's earnings. Buyers are charged the full order amount, which includes all applicable fees.

All payments are processed in USD. Withdrawals are subject to minimum thresholds and processing times as specified in the Platform's help documentation.

Orders are considered complete when a Buyer marks them as complete or when the automatic completion window expires (72 hours after delivery). Once an order is marked complete, funds are released to the Seller.

If a dispute arises, users may file a dispute through the Platform. Our dispute resolution team will review the case and make a final decision within 7 business days.

You retain ownership of all content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant Gigspayr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

Upon successful order completion, the Seller grants the Buyer a license to use the delivered work as specified in the Gig or Job agreement.

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gigspayr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Gigspayr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Gigspayr in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any pending transactions will be resolved according to our dispute resolution policy.

Gigspayr is an interactive computer service as defined under 47 U.S. Code § 230. We are not the publisher or speaker of any information provided by third-party users and are not liable for such content.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
