How does escrow work?
When a buyer places an order, the payment is locked in a secure escrow wallet. The freelancer cannot access the funds until the buyer marks the order as complete. This protects both parties.
What fees does Gigspayr charge?
Gigspayr charges a 10% platform fee on completed transactions. This is deducted from the freelancer's earnings. Buyers pay the listed price with no hidden fees.
What happens if there's a dispute?
If a buyer and seller can't resolve an issue, either party can open a dispute. Our team will review the case and make a fair resolution within 7 business days.
How do I get paid?
Earnings accumulate in your Gigspayr wallet. You can withdraw to a bank account or crypto wallet. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
Can I be both a buyer and a freelancer?
Yes! You can switch between buyer and freelancer modes from your account dashboard. This lets you both hire freelancers and offer your own services.
